If You are the Girl

Uhmm hello guys. I need some help with this, especially to the girls. I need some of your opinions.

Okay, here's the situation. I have a friend. One time, they went to a basketball game. While watching the game, he noticed that there was a pretty girl on his front when they entered the gym. At first, he did not mind her and instead go to find for a spot to see the game clearly. And so with the girl. But to make the story short they stayed in place not so far with each other. In fact, they are just about 6 to 7 meters away from each other near enough to see each other. Because she was pretty, as in very pretty that even looks like a celebrity, he stared at her once in a while. One time he caught that girl also staring at him. At first he did not mind it but as time passes they always caught each others eye and flattered. And he said to me that the moment she stares at him and when he caught her eyes they'll pretend of doing something and one time she even caught the girl smiling on her own. Its not that the guy was assuming but some of his friends also noticed the girl and in fact they've observed it too.

He asked me if what is my opinion on this. But the problem is, I can't hardly say because I'm not the girl even though I've shared to him my opinion as a guy. He's questions was "Did the girl like him too as he likes her?" and "What was possibly on her mind that time?".

So please share your thoughts with this one. He needs some opinion as a girl (guys can share too, just indicate). Thanks.

Summer has almost Ended

Summer is almost over. After so much fun and vacation we've experience within 2 months, that would be enough i guess. The school days are drawing nearer.

Maybe some of us are quite excited for this and maybe some are not. Some are very excited for their first day in school thinking if who might be their new classmate and if they could see again their old classmates.



Some might be thinking the opposite way. They might be worrying that they could see their classmate again or even their professors and teachers.

Everybody has their own reason on this. But we cannot stop the time and the best time to do is to face it and think on how to make the best out of this.

Hi guys! I just want to say congratulation to some of my friends here in the web for getting their Google PR. Just a few hours ago, Google did an update on their database on page ranks.

They might consider this is one as one of their success. Obtaining a PR is very necessary task especially if you are aiming to earn online. These is one important thing to do, to drive more readers and to increase your traffic in your page.

Prison break Finale - Goodbye Michael J. Scofield

The popular tv series in US - Prison Break has come to an end.

For four season we've seen Michael Scofield and his friends had undergone a lot of challenges and near death experience that made the series amazingly different from the others. For the entire duration of the series, they kept on running and being chase by different groups who are trying to manipulate Michael's skills. And even his own family was involved with this.

The final episode of the fourth season was great in the sense that all of those people that were used by the group named The company that were all treated as criminals by the government were given justice and freedom. Freedom that they were innocent from all the crimes that were alleged on them but also free as anybody who can be who ever they want.

The bad guys were punished and served based on the crimes they made. The General was imprisoned and was sentence to death in Fox River. T-bag was also sent back to Fox River even though he claimed as one of the good guys who helped to find scylla and give it to Mr. Kellerman who was believed to be dead but surprisingly he was alive and the one who is in charge in chasing scylla for good. Mrs Cristina Scofield, the mother of Michael, was also killed after Sara shot her at the back.

After four years when the scylla was handed to the authorities. Aside from Sucre who realize his dream to be with his beloved wife Maricruz as well as Benjamin Franklin who loves his family very much and they were together. Also, Alex Mahone have located his wife Pam but he preferred to live with his assistant Agent Lang and Michael's brother Linc, settled down in Panama together with Sophia and his son Lj. And lastly, Sara had delivered her son who's name was Michael Jr. but raise him without his father Michael. Michael died because of his illness brain tumor. Even though it seems to be unhappy but Michael was the only reason that makes everyone connected since they find time to gather together and spend time to visit Michael's grave next to a sea.

Overall the series was nice and great one! No doubt it was the number one tv series in US next to Heroes.

Heroes Season four (Redemption) Spoilers

Maybe you and a lot of those heroes fans were quite excited and wondering on what will happen on the next season of heroes. As of now,. we can't talk much about these coming season but I've collected some information about it.

I know most of us enjoyed the previous season 3 25 episodes with their nice ending. Heroes Season 4 (Volume 5) will be called the "Redemption". Its current plan is to make the volume shorten into 18 to 20 episodes.

The show's writer have planned a lot for the fifth volume. Aaccording to Bryan Fuller it really will be a brave new era for the show. Bryan tells us:

“Fugitives was such a dark chapter in the history of Heroes, so we look at Redemption as a unifying theme for next season. We’re going to see redemption for all of the characters in one respect or another. Our goal going into season four is taking every character and making that character’s story evolve into an entire series. We just want the smorgasbord of Heroes to be as satisfying for everybody.” Smorgasbord or no, among those Heroes getting a special treatment next year is Masi Oka’s Hiro Nakamura. Bryan Fuller says that, “The Hiro story for season four is the best story we’ve ever come up with for Hiro. It’s so emotional and exciting and adventurous.”

Is it Lambert or Allen will be the next Idol

American Idol delivered a shocker Wednesday as voters chose Kris Allen for the title over Adam Lambert, who had been considered a prohibitive favorite for much of the show's eighth season.

The Pope died and the conclave has been called for. Four candidates were chosen. However, before the voting, the 4 candidates are killed one by one. The killer leaves clues that seem to say that he/she is from the Illuminati. Strangely though, the Illuminati was long thought to be extinct. Who is the mastermind? Who revived the Illuminati? What do they want?

World Hypertension Day

May 17 of 2009 was declared to be the World's Hypertension Day. The theme for World Hypertension Day (WHD) 2009 is “Salt and High Blood Pressure: Two Silent Killers.”

The Day aims to highlight that:

• High blood pressure is the biggest single cause of death worldwide through strokes, heart attacks and kidney diseases
• Salt is the major factor putting up blood pressure
• Reducing salt intake reduces blood pressure across the population
• If salt intake was reduced by half it would save approximately 2.5 million people a year dying unnecessarily of strokes, heart attacks and chronic kidney diseases worldwide

Great percentage of death not only here in Philippines but also in other countries were caused by Hypertension. Hypertension was believe to be a traitor and a silent killer. And these are the reasons that pushed the World Hypertension League to initiate these event as a way of reminding people about these issue.

There are some ways to lessen and avoid these major problem. These are from experts who specialized on these field of medicine.

Salts are believe to be one of the main cause of such illness. Because of that, these should be minimized from our daily consumption. Salt is one of the silent killer that could trigger and lead us to different sickness. It could affect most of the human system.

Having high blood pressure was not uncommon to Pilipinos. Pilipinos love to eat high fat content foods. These are also one cause of having high blood aside from hereditary. Doctors suggest that we must minimized on eating more of these kind of foods. These would just lead us into suffering.

Aside from that, cigarettes and alcohol are also included on the list. These are considered as pesticides for the human body. Some say that this stuff has advantage to them but they didn't considered the other side. Letting this stuff into our body is more likely killing our self. These greatly affects the human lungs and the kidney. Worst could be, you will end up 6 ft below the ground.

Exercise and balanced diet would be appreciated to avoid hypertension. That's the best way to avoid it. Some would say it is very difficult to do but these is just for their own health. If you do it then you will have the reward otherwise you will compromise yourself.

365 Days to Change - A concert for a cause

This is the time for us to participate and support!

A concert was organized to encourage the youth to participate in this coming May 2010 Election. The main purpose of this is to enlighten everyone to make a change. We only have one year for that, and to prepare on who are going to place in our ballots.

There are lots of performers and artist who offered their time for this event. These concert was not possible without the Movement for Good Governance (MGG) who aims to have a peaceful and fair election. And this would not be possible without the partnership of other youth organization movement and the media.

A Special Day for the Best Woman in the World

Mother's Day is celebrated to honor all mothers and express gratitude for the hardships they bear in bringing up a child. Most countries including US, Australia, Canada and India celebrate Mothers Day on the second Sunday of May. Mothers Day came into being due to the efforts made by Ms Julia Ward Howe and Ms Anna Jarvis. The Resolution for having a dedicated Mother's Day was signed by US President Woodrow Wilson on May 8, 1914. Since then people across the world have been celebrating Mothers Day with joy and devotion.

I just wanted to share this one.

Weekdays Afternoon Fun

From now on, my summer weekdays afternoon was not as worst as ever. Its because starting this week, i got a new schedule. Its not that big deal but nevertheless it entertained me.

Just this week, a new televesion show from Kapamilya ABS-CBN had launched Precious Hearts Presents Bud Brothers in addition to my favorite show Hot Shot aired every afternoon.



Aside from the very funny Hot Shot series, starred by some taiwanese famous actors like Jerry Yan, Wu Chun, Show Luo and the pretty Zhou Cai Shi. The series was quite entertaining and nice. Aside from I love playing basketball that's why I love to watch it but also the love stories in it which is sometimes inspiring.

In the other hand, I found this Bud brothers show cool for one reason. I love to watch Cristine Reyes on it. It sounds funny but its okay. Shes pretty in fact I'm not alone watching her show because some of my friends here also find her beautiful. In other words, there are many of us fascinating her beauty.

"She's damn pretty and sexy!". Referring to Cristine.

Possible Swine Flu Case in Philippines

Today at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) in Cebu, Philippines, three persons were currently quarantined for possible infection of swine flu or influenza A(H1N1) virus.

A Cebuano couple and a British woman were under observations. The couple who traveled from Ireland to Hong Kong arrived at the Mactan Cebu International Airport on Cathay Pacific flight CX921 and was intercepted at noon yesterday after thermal scanning at the airport showed the man running a fever. The husband is 32 while the wife is 30 years old.They were seated together on the plane so the wife was also quarantined as a precautionary measure though she did not show any symptoms.

The British woman, on the other hand, admitted visiting Mexico and Hong Kong where cases of swine flu have been reported. She had been in Cebu for a week before she voluntarily showed up at the VSMMC hospital last Monday because she suspected she had the virus. The British woman,who is a 25 years or older, has reportedly developed a cough and cold but has no sign of fever.

WHO raises global swine flu tally

The World Health Organization on Tuesday raised its global tally of confirmed cases of the H1N1 influenza, or swine flu, to 1,490, and said that people who are infected with the virus continue to be relatively young.

The organization said there have been 30 confirmed deaths, all but one of them in Mexico. A toddler from Mexico died in the United States.

How Swine Flu spreads

Swine flu viruses typically cause illness in pigs, not humans. Most cases occur when people come into contact with infected pigs or contaminated objects moving between people and pigs.

Pigs can catch human and avian or bird flu. When flu viruses from different species infect pigs, they can mix inside the pig and new, mixed viruses can emerge.

Pigs can pass mutated viruses back to humans, and these can be passed from human to human. Transmission among humans is thought to occur in the same way as with seasonal flu -- by touching something contaminated with flu viruses and then touching one's mouth or nose, and through coughing or sneezing. One of the most effective prevention measures is regular hand washing.

King James - NBA's Most Valuable Player

Lebron James, who led the Cleveland Cavaliers to a team-record 66 regular-season wins and the top overall seed in the playoffs, will receive the award Monday, a person with knowledge of the choice told The Associated Press. James chose Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, his alma mater, for the presentation, said the person, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the announcement has not been made.

James is the first Cavaliers player to win the award. He averaged 28.4 points, 7.6 rebounds and 7.2 assists this season, his sixth as a pro. He also finished second in voting for defensive player of the year, making him perhaps the league's most dominant two-way player since Michael Jordan.

James also began lifting weights like never before, adding muscle to his considerable frame. Then, once he began working out with the Olympic team, James set out to refine his defensive game and became an elite stopper, often guarding the other team's best player — regardless of position.

In a league of remarkable athletes, James, with his package of power and speed, may well stand alone.

Pacman - the Best Pound for Pound Boxer

After Pacman defeated Hitman with a knock out decision in the second round of the match, pacman was now the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. It's Doubt! Pacman's fans was very happy and shouting when he knock out the Hitman who was been considered as the best in pound-for-pound because of his style in fighting.

Manny had delievered 73 out of 127 punches to Hatton and most of it were power punches. Within 2 rounds many punches were delievered by both fighters but it was very clear that pacman excelled in both rounds. Hatton also had hit Pacman with 18 punches out of 78.



During the first round, Hatton fell twice after Pacman hit him at his jaw with Pacman's powerful left punch. In the following round, Pacman finish it with another left punch that made Hatton completely lying on the ring.



Most of the boxing commentators and enthusiasts were amazed and shocked of what had hapenned. They never expected that the match would end as early as 2 rounds.

Hitman and Pacman's superfight weighed-in

LAS VEGAS - Before their great fight, both fighters made their weight for tommorow's superfight. Both of them reached their weight limit.

The Briton IBO light-welterweight champion Ricky Hatton weighed-in exactly on the 140lbs/10st limit while his opponent Manny Pacquiao was 2lbs under the weight limit.

The event was attended by an unexpected number of supporters from both sides. Eventhough the Pacman supporters were out-numbered by the Hatton supporters, they didn't hesitate to cheer for their fighter.

The promoters of this match were very amazed because they said that these was the first time that an event like this seems to look like the day of fight.

Pacman added that even if he's lighter than Hatton, he will still win the fight because he's very condition and very excited.

"It makes me feel very very proud and the party hasn't started yet as far as I'm concerned," Hatton said in front of thousands of his screaming fans. Hatton replied. "I never struggle making weight - I always do a 12-week training camp and we always do it correctly - I'll be big and powerful tomorrow.

"Size and strength will be a big factor in the fight - I'm using my jab more, I'm boxing better now, creating angles, my hand speed's improved so there's no reason not to be confident. The key is make him miss and make him pay and that's what we've been working on." Those were some of the lines given by the fighters during the interviews.

These match will be very exciting and we can never expect who will stand out until the game won't start.

Pacman Mania

Everyone was very excited in waiting for the May 3 fight of Manny Pacquiao. They said that the world seems to stop everytime Manny has a fight. Today, most of the filipino are excited for the fight and also they are prepairing for their schedule to where they would watch the fight.

A popular sport clothing company, Nike Co., made a signatured stuff for the fighter. They designed a specialized clothes and footwear with Manny's Signature. And today, most of his fans were waiting for the opening of the stuff to get their idols stuff.

Different Cinema's also are subscribing into Pay-per-view of Manny's fight for everybody. Some also preferred to watch it in their own houses if they can't afford the pay.
